1. Services & Scope
DaemonIQ Technology provides custom software development, web applications, AI solutions, and mobile app services. The specific scope of work, features, and deliverables for each project will be outlined in a separate Project Proposal or Service Agreement signed by both parties.
2. Payment Milestones
- Advance Payment: A non-refundable advance (typically 30-50%) is required to initiate any project.
- Milestone Payments: Remaining payments will be tied to specific project milestones (e.g., Design Approval, Beta Release).
- Final Delivery: Full payment must be cleared before the final source code or deployment is handed over.
3. Code Ownership
Upon successful completion of the project and receipt of full payment, the Client owns the Intellectual Property (IP) and source code of the custom software developed specifically for them. DaemonIQ retains the right to use common libraries, pre-existing code modules, and development tools used during the process.
4. Timelines & Delays
We strive to meet all deadlines. However, project timelines depend heavily on timely feedback and content provided by the Client. DaemonIQ is not responsible for delays caused by third-party services (APIs, Hosting) or late approvals from the Client.
5. Limitation of Liability
DaemonIQ Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (such as loss of profits or data) arising from the use or inability to use the developed software after the final hand-over and warranty period.
6. Warranty & Maintenance
We provide a 15-day free support period after project delivery to fix any bugs or technical issues related to the original scope of work. Any changes beyond the original scope will be billed separately.
